RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction means the world to us. We proudly work with trusted printing partners in the US and Canada to ensure top quality. But if something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry - we’re here to make it right, with care and kindness.
Because each item is printed to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change-of-mind reasons, except under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers.
We encourage mindful purchasing and are always happy to help with sizing or style questions before you order.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to new customers - if something isn’t right (size, style, etc.), please contact us and we’ll make it right with either a free exchange or a refund.
Please note that larger or bulk orders (3+ items) are not covered by this policy and are handled at the discretion of our management, since as a small company, returned items represent a pure loss and financial liability for us.
At the same time, we strongly advocate against fast fashion and unnecessary waste - our goal is to encourage mindful purchasing and responsible consumption. Each item is printed to order, helping reduce overproduction and minimize our environmental footprint.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@northstillmind.com with:

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
North Still Mind Gift Cards can be used toward any purchase on our official online store.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used multiple times until the full balance is spent.
No expiration date: Gift Cards do not expire and carry no inactivity or service fees.
If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact us with your order details - we may be able to reissue it if unused. Promotional or complimentary gift cards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated at the time of issue.
Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and our store policies.
