At North Still Mind, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and environmentally conscious delivery to our customers across Canada and the United States. Below is our detailed shipping policy outlining timelines, logistics, and benefits.

1. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Once fulfilled, packages are dispatched to one of our trusted print partners in Canada or in the US.

2. Delivery Times

Please allow 4–8 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and any unforeseen carrier delays (e.g. weather events, strikes).

Please note: T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Hoodies are shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

3. Canada and US Fulfillments

To minimize delivery times and reduce carbon emissions associated with long-distance transport, we ship orders through localized production:

- Canadian Orders: Fulfilled by our Canadian print partner and shipped directly within Canada.

- U.S. Orders: Fulfilled by our U.S. print partner and shipped directly within the United States.

This structure not only speeds up shipping but also supports sustainability goals and eliminates cross-border tariffs for our customers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@northstillmind.com so we can promptly assist you.
