I have not recieved the product

Hi Jen,

We just sent you an email regarding your order. We were informed today that the delivery truck had a fire incident, and unfortunately your package was destroyed.

In our email, we included the Australia Post tracking number and link, along with their comments about the situation.

Please reply to the email and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or for us to send a replacement package.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was a circumstance outside of our control, but we’ll do our best to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
